This is more along the lines of what I would probably build. With a tad more front-end protection and some bars across the windshield.

This is also more along the lines of what I had in mind with more bars on the windows, and hatches in the roof so shooters can stand up and plink zombies, and rear power sliding glass to drop the back glass and plink out the back window. You don't want to weight it down to much, you need to be concerned about fuel mpg.

It's been going on for quite a few years. I blame the recent popularity explosion on "The Walking Dead" tv series.

All started with the Mayan calander and end of world BS I think. I was hoping and hoping for zombies and it never happened. I think I'm pretty much ready for those brain munchers if they come to my house. Only thing I'm concerned about is not enough hands for triggers. Gots plenty of guns and ammo. :hunter: Not as much ammo as I'd like to have but I can get by for a little while anyway. I feel better with another 2,000 rounds.

Just wouldn't get there very fast and imagine the fuel you'd use. If I were staying in town, I'd love to just find a tank and I'd be set.

Thanks to ACERT technology you could track around in that thing for a really long time without needing fuel. They are designed to constantly be under a heavy load pushing dirt around. They are not fast, top speed in 3rd gear is about 10 mph, and from the operators seat it is terrifying fast.

Nothing is going to stop it, nothing is going to climb up to the operators seat and dozers are everywhere. they used one in the move Tremors....
