Very cool! I appreciate you all. Thanks! I’m so afraid I’m going to start the engine and discover a leak.

This is what I'm worried about. I just had to pull my intake manifold for a second time, because I didn't put enough rtv in the rear gap between the intake the the block and I had oil coming out pretty badly. 2 quarts a day bad.

On the upside, there's no way my driveshaft or underside of my truck will rust now. Plenty of anti-rust oil all over the underside of my truck.

I'm just hoping tonight that when I fill it back up with antifreeze and start her up, it won't leak.

I've learnt to check that gap between the china wall and bottom of intake. If it's over 1/8" I'll lay a thick bead of Right Stuff and let it set up... like overnight if you can. After it's set I'll build up the sides and top of the bead and then set the intake down on it. Then it's sealed proper and doesn't
leave a big mess, nice and neat.
