I hate that wood grain texture. xD I think after seeing them all that I'm going to go with the brushed aluminium. Seems like I can't go too wrong if I do that.

EDIT: I understand there's 3 different textures of wood grain? Anybody know anything about that?

I'm a lover of the woodgrain too, and mine's held up in the California sun perfectly. Looks like the day it was built.

Oh man, that walnut looks absolutely stunning! I believe 89 has the oak? (If I'm not mistaken.) It looks too shiny and fake for my liking. The walnut on the other hand actually looks like a slab of wood has been styled into the door. Absolutely amazing.

It's the factory part, painted stainless I believe. The homemade armrest used to match really well, but they will need redone when I get the thing going again.

And those panels are available new now, but the finish is not the same.

I'm torn on the brushed aluminium and the walnut now. I think that walnut is so beautiful and it's basically the same price as the brushed aluminium inserts, but I'm not sure how I'd feel about a wood grain dash bezel. They tend to look a little ugly where as the aluminium pieces are stunning if took care of.
