I have an 83 long box 2 wd with 16 gallon tanks.Will the 20s bolt up and use the same sender?

Same here, but that's only because I needed to replace one tank, so I opted to upgrade it to the 20.

As mentioned above, straight bolt in, holes are already in the frame. You will need a 20 gallon filler tube, or to modify the original to fit.

Was this a later thing?? Dont most 73-80 have 20's?
