This is where it gets tricky by what you mean as first vehicle. First that you bought or first that you could actually drive.

First car I bought was 57 Chevy, 2 door hardtop, Bel Aire, V8 power pack. Bought it when I was 14. No drivetrain. Still have it, sitting in my folks barn, waiting for restoration.

First car that I could actually drive, well, I didn't really buy it. Got it from the auto parts store and junkyard owner that was a family friend. Also when I was 14. He never would give a price, just told me to take it. Bought all the parts from him to rebuild the engine so he got his money out of it. 74 Mustang II with a 2.3L, 4 speed manual. That car kept me out of a lot of trouble since it had only 88 hp. Fairly good on gas which was good since my high-school girlfriend lived the next county over. The drive to her house, then to the "big" town for movies or cruising, then take her back home and then me home was probably about 90 miles. X2 weekend nights and that was a lot of driving.

A 1992 Buick Roadmaster. I LOOOOOOVED that car. It was late nineties cool. Chrome steel wheels, white letter tires, a CD player with a detachable face, and dual exhaust with glass packs. LOL

Aw man...Going to my bank yesterday and sitting in an old garage that I had never seen open was a barn fresh 1955 Olds...I wanted it bad but no one was around to ask about it and the garage was closed today.

That would be nice to get.
The one I had would really fly, too bad they did`nt have a good suspension system under them, especially for the way the roads were.

I bought a 74' Toyota Carola two door for $200 with my lawn mowing money when I was 15. It had over 300,000 miles on it and giant rust holes everywhere. The tires were bald and they all leaked. It was rear wheel drive with a solid axle and leaf springs haha.

The amount of abuse that car endured was unbelievable. We used to jump it baja style offroad. Did a tire popping burnout with the tire up to a curb. Used to pop the clutch with screaming RPMs all the time.

At the time I kinda hated that car and couldn't wait to upgrade. It was the complete opposite of a ***** magnet. My girlfriend refused to ride in it and her dad wouldn't let me park in their driveway because of all the oil leaks. Now, I appreciate that it taught me to work on cars.

I had a 96 MOnte Carlo Z34 when I was 18 that used to leak oil and I got chewed out by my girlfriends dad for getting oil on their new driveway. I had to park in the gravel across the street when I went to visit.
