Suburban Power Tailgate with new motor mod

If anyone has installed a "new" window motor in the tailgate of their Suburban, you may have noticed that there is very little engagement between the motor gear and the regulator gear. I think the motor gears and motor mount standoffs are just a little wrong. I cut 1/8" off of the motor...

Lightly sanded the hood epoxy primer, thin layer of filler, then sanded that mostly smooth. While I waiting for the filler to harden, I removed some of the heater distribution vents to determine what’s missing and needs repair. The box itself is a little loose so gonna have to tighten the blind nuts on the firewall, missing the left vent tube, missing seals, and looks like PO trimmed a little too much on one vent, and used 200 mph tape rather than repair it properly. Probably gonna take an hour or two to make it right.
