spent friday night soldering the power window wires in. spent saturday and sunday waiting for the window to quit working again. but it didn't so I put the pretty parts back on the door. It's kind of weird not pulling the door shut with the open holes in the door and not having a cold draft freezing my left knee when on the road.

today I drug a 1990 Geo Metro drop top to the mechanic. I wish I had a tommy lift; we could have just thrown the Geo in the bed. That little car is so light it was hard to tell it was still attached.

Yesterday I took out my seat and visors and then dropped them off to be recovered. I'm super excited about that! Going to go back to stock tan. The headliner and dash are next. While the seat is out, i'm going to start ripping out the crappy carpet first thing tomorrow if the rain lets up. Next after that will be a thorough cleaning and then sound proofing the entire cab. Oh ya!!

It's got a little rust, been re-painted in a few places but other than that it's in really good shape. Unfortunately the interior is roasted. I'm trying to get it cleaned up enough to get it into GoodGuys in a few weeks.
The 2 tone is my inspiration to keep me going. I want that look BAD
