That's an awesome mod right there bj. That's the kind of **** worthy of it's own thread in the Exterior Category if you didn't mind taking the time for a few pics and some " How To " direction.

Got this thread finished and realized I did the whole damn thing in electrical when I thought I was in exterior. Is it posdible for a moderator to move the thread. Sorry I think my eyes are going !

Today I...

Tore the internals out of the tailgate, brass brushed off rust causing it to seize, replaced the main rivet on handle arm with a nut and bolt with some rtv to keep the nut in place. Greased all the contact points and springs on each end of the arms. Put washers behind then latch bracket to get a stronger latch.

New bull bar and fog lights. 55W don't pump much light but they look cool.

It's no simple task unless you are a good metal worker. I'm currently working the floor in mine over to fit my seats. You will find out soon enough! But the seats are comfy and well worth the trouble!

Old77 has a good thread on installing similar seats. They look sweet. I put a pair of high backs from a burb with console in my truck but had to put the 40/20/40 back in. My kids love it when I pick them up in the truck so I needed the Extra seat. The buckets looked soon much better though.

Heck man I sure wasn't lol and I now know. thanks! Looks like I'll go n find me a burb gas tank... I guess. I'm all four easy right now. Something I can do in a week end. Cause hour long rides twice a day on these bench seats is giving me the old man's back lol
