Took about 4 coats cuz this is the first truck they’ve done with this new product so they were playing with the gun settings and whatnot. This stuff should be out around April/May.

So far today I have driven it to my favorite-ex-brother-in-law's so I could install a soft top on his roommate's Bronco. Last summer I installed the roll bar, I recently installed 3 point seat belts, and today we did the bikini top. I think it came out pretty nice.

Cleaned and rebuilt the old q-jet on my grandpa's 85 K1500.
True enough. I imagine that if you know what you’re doing, they’re fine but their reputation precedes them. And I never did learn about them, all the ones my dad had didn’t complain, and they were on vehicles that didn’t even get driven nearly enough.Nice, lost art there.
I watched that video- looks like about as much of a PITA as I imagined. Kudos to you for taking that on!Finally after 3 days of spraying Liquid Wrench, PB Blaster, etc on the upper and lower control arms.......... I finally got the nuts off.
Of course one, buggered up the treads on the very end of the shaft.
Worked to fix that (saved getting a new one)
I suggest the Brother's Truck Parts video (Dave Welch) that shows how to remove the bushings.

I firmly believe everyone who has a Square Body truck should have to replace these bushings at least once.................
Sorry, my computer won't let me post photos for some dang reason.
Carry on
Must of been the water.Diagnosing a K20 that showed up from Camp Lejeune. Rear shaft is out & locking hubs are toast. Unfortunately the video is not allowed & wont post. Editors must think it's "truck porn" or something...
