$9300 last year. 84 with 350/700r4 and NP 208. Amateur frame off refreshening. Lots of new sheet metal, including box sides. Nice clean rust free truck. Added new tires and sniper EFI. Currently having the transmission rebuilt.

Thank you. It looks dope
I never found the correct GMC emblem for my grill, I had to re-use the original letters when I replaced my '87's grill. Mine are individual and I did not get them perfectly level but to the casual observer they are close enough. I can tell you that I searched the far corners of the internet and never found any that were as good as mine and none that were "new".

If you do find a new GMC emblem for your grill please let us know where you got it.

Thanks Ayden. But I can assure you it doesn't look that good up close and personal. It has a lot of rock chips in the paint and it cannot hide its true age.

But we love it.

Im just partial to short box GMC, and yours is a real nice setup. Just a tad bit taller than mine. Id like to do a small lift and bigger tires someday.

But i love my baby.
Carburated too, much better than TBI, hehehe. Just kidding ya.

With the Blazer K5, I bought a billet bowtie for a c1500 silverado and made it flat by running tire on it with weight of vehicle and installed it on billet grille with large SS washers and nut.

It went from $9500 to $6500. Seems like a much better deal now.
Yup. It’s sold…
Too bad. I would have bought that one if it was anywhere near as nice of shape as it looked. Wish I could have made the time for this one.

I just got this one a few weeks back. '82 High Sierra K15 6.2 Diesel. I paid $300 and will use many of my spare parts from my '81-'87 pile.

I paid $5000 for my 1973 K20 new. It now has 95,000 miles. It's 50 years old this year. Maybe I'll have a birthday party for it.
If you don’t follow up a post like this with a pic of your first year square…..
Nevermind, let’s see that beauty!

OK, I found a picture. It's not as nice as some of the trucks I see here, but I've never spent much time fixing it up. Still original paint, but it's on it's third set of wheels. It's so old they stopped making the older sizes of tires I had on it. LOL
