$400 from my father who bought it for $700. Was originally priced at $1200 and was suppose to be running driving truck. But they decided they could get $200 more selling the motor and transmission seperate. The truck than sat in my dads yard for 6 years before I said here’s $400 I’m taking this and parked it in my shop out of the weather.
Then bought a 73 Monte Carlo project, guy put rebuilt motor and transmission in then decided to do body work and never finished and just sat. Pulled motor and transmission out and put into the truck now dealing with putting new wire harness in, finding a driveshaft that will fit or having one made. But I’m under $2000 into it so far and it’s the cleanest c10 I’ve owned.
Unfortunately previous owner also put 88-91 front end on it. I prefer the 84 front end. But may deal with that later as this has good grill and bezels I need to install.
