OK, I found a picture. It's not as nice as some of the trucks I see here, but I've never spent much time fixing it up. Still original paint, but it's on it's third set of wheels. It's so old they stopped making the older sizes of tires I had on it. LOL
that is a sharp truck!!!

1st Post - 1983 K20 Custom Deluxe which I paid $1100 in 2010, it had 33s on it but 350 rod through oil pan so I towed it home with my 04 2500HD diesel. The 83 originally a diesel. The 33s were new so I sold them for $1100 on a coin toss so I got an extra $100. Also sold the 4 bolt main block for $200, rod didn’t damage the block even though the crank busted, got lucky, sold the heads for $100. I installed a vortec 350 which is paired with 4 speed manual, not sure of the differentials. It has dual tanks, batteries and exhaust with headers, 4” lift. The only rust through are on the box behind wheels, little surface rust here and there. Cousin visited a few weeks ago and said I could get $10-12K, but I think I will hang onto it. Our Grandpa originally had 73 c20 2 wheel drive which my Dad and I restored 11years later since MN salt ate it up; we worked at the Chevy dealer so I have a bunch of new part’s hanging out; also, the square body holds some sentimental value since there has been many over the years in the family. I plan to restore it when I retire, in a few years. The shell hangs out on the 83 when I don’t need it on the 04.

The basket case was 200$ complete and kind of running (needed a jump start becasue the battery was garbage) Since the truck wasn't road worthy it cost 220$ to get it towed from one side of San Antonio to my driveway. The "lets get this thing back on the road" budget has topped out at 2500$ so i guess that is the real cost.

I must be clearly missing something. 5200.00?
Cali prices not IL prices…lol. Hard to believe anything in Cali might be cheaper than elsewhere….I know.
C20s fetch the least money out here between C/K and 10/20.
If I was gonna do up a 2wd truck I’d be hunting for a c20 all day long.
Better value. Heavier duty to pour the power to it. And they look the same once you lower em.

I think C20s look better than 10s because of their stance. Probably why they used them a lot in their commercials
