Turning off weird

Can't see the first video but if it is running on when you shut it off probably the timing is off.

What's your idle speed,sounds really high. You need to look for vacuum leaks. Then you need to get your idle speed down. After that you need to set your timing and then set idle mixture and set the idle speed.

It's not fuel , it's spark. The ignition timing is prolly advanced is all and It could be something as simple as a vacuum leak. Do you have any skills?
You know like, truck fixing skills?
