my 80 k3500 th400/205 is 33.25" over all
I'm thinking this is 87 and later. IIRC, 85 and 86 used the W crossmember. This I believe is a 700r4, or possibly a th350/np208 short tcase adapter and skid plate blazer I believe 85-87

That is the 4x4 trans cover with 1 of the strut rods that anchors to the motor mount. You must be registered for see images attach
IIRC, if you have an NP208 or NP241C, they are all the same no matter what Transmission you have. This is because the overall combo length is the same with the difference of the transmission being made up with the Tcase adapter. Same one that fits a 700r4/NP208 is the same one that fits a Th400/NP208. Driveshaft lenghts also stay the same and so does the yoke on the rear driveshaft since all the outputs on the NP208 and NP241C are 32 spline outputs. There's s few different lengths of strut rods, depending on trans/t-case combos.

So for example, if I take this 305/700r4/NP208 out of my K5 and put in the 454/Th400/NP208, I can use the same strut rods, same driveshafts and same crossmember using the same crossmember mounting holes in the frame. One of the things I've always loved about GM, keeping things universal and intechangeable for many years. Now why Chevy got the different bellhousing than BCPO I'll never know.

S style? Do you we have a pic of one above? If so, I'd get that post # and describe which one it is, on the left, or the right etc if it's a pic with multiple crossmembers. I have a feeling you're talking about the later one we've said appears to be for 87 and later.Looking for an S style crossmember, who has one they'd be willing to ship to Vegas?
Thanks in advance

How big of a hurry are you in? I know I have 1 but certain it's at my dad's somewhere. I might not get back out there til Labor Day weekend. Not sure what it weighs and how much shipping would be from OKC to see if it's even worth it.The same as post #33 pic 2, the 87 and later s style. I have the w style now, and need the s style to use flipped (pass side on driver, driver side on passenger) as I added a NWF black box and clocked the t-case down, and run the front driveshaft under the crossmember as apposed to above. Truck has 24"~ lift on 44' boggers and working to get a front drive shaft to work in it. Let me know if you hae anything, Thanks
