Is that box part of the alarm or a factory relay location they hacked into?

Another 40ft of solid core wiring and it'd look like my truck did.
That is the alarm box. Was not that bad of install, but it worked oddly.

I have an 08 E63 AMG (W211). 507 n/a horses and gangs of fun.
Back pre kid I had a W211 E55 Sedan.

Agree.... The 6.3 is a killer motor.

Then family life happened. Can't complain, have toys, but still try to convince the wife I need a E63 Wagon. Hasn't worked so far. Doubt it will....

Do a nasty burnout for me, k?

I've done that before, lol. Usually just a "field fix" though to get production going again.

However, I had forgotten all about something. Many years ago, a coworker bought some cheap ass alarm and remote start for his car, and it came with an instructional VHS tape. It actually showed that as the recommended splice method.

Realigned driver side headlight and this time well mounted turn signal. First one flew away on the hwy. Also figured out that turn signals stopped working not because horn was being fixed, but because kids were playing with a hazard switch and it broke the contact that switches power to the turn signals.

Thanks, it is almost like a 4 door trans am with auto trans. Auto transmission used in these essentially th350 set up but with additional low 1st gear for full throttle starts. 1:1 4th gear and no tc lock up.

This specific blower motor was a major hassle. When taking it apart I noticed that it was in a bind and during test fit it definitely was. And then what I thought would be a 10 min adjustment ended up over two hours. As I tried to get one side of the blades to move out, the whole motor fell apart. Then came out some random metal to make a puller for the blades. One of the bushings fell off and got damaged when I pressed it back in to the housing. Also one of the soft washers tore. Made a felt washer, located something close enough for a hone to size the bushing back. Then finally hammered the motor it self back together. Only after messing with the motor for over an hour, did the blades make it back on and test fitted for a working blower. I will order a new one, but this one will get things by for some time.

One ugly puller, but it worked.

Those cars are really hard to work on and the "speciality" sockets can cost a veritable fortune too. Plus they're not good for nothin else. More fo you! It ain't nothin like tunin up a squarebody. :nono: Where was the blower motor found? I note you have a HAMMER in the picture. Makes my skin crawl.

Blower motor assembly is essentially rear squarebody suburban except this one fell apart on me when I tried to take a short cut. And yes, it is a specially tuned hammer with the right frequency ring for the motor to stay together.
