Yes. The overall length 22". The housing about 11"
My 75k 350 quadrajet, stone stock. Firewall to throttle cable bracket distance is about 8.5 inches cable housing right about 10 or 11" which gives a nice little bend. Some people don't realize that bend is important. The housing and cable should not be a straight shot. I have read but do not know personally a K cable and housing is 2" shorter

Replaced throttle cable with A Holley Cable, it still sticks cable is very aggressive and rube the housing neat the fire wall, Greased it heavily, still rubs the intake cable housing, I think it needs to be lined up perfectly, Will need assistance for this WAPITA! Still looking foe OEM Cable ?
The cable housing I removed was 20" long New one Like 12"

Lets see your return spring. Original spring was 2 springs and pretty stout.

If you're talking about the wound up spring on the throttle shaft, that's not enough, not even close. This is pretty much standard issue.

My throttle cable appears too long in my application but im using the bracket for a 2 barrel with th350 kickdown (2jet 2 barrel) on a edelbrock square bore manifold with a edelbrock 1406. So I would assume a majority of the issue is the bracket.

Used the Mr gasket 5657 and now it works great! You can cut it to fit. No more big loop to bind up.
