Like others have said, it's hard to to put a hard set price on it, especially since different areas have vastly different price scales. I'm in north Ga though, so I'm not too far away. A nice body and frame are big pluses, right there you've got 5k IMO. The huge lift is a draw for some but I'd wager it's a bigger turn off for a larger crowd because it's not very usable. If it were running and driving, even with the mismatched gears and other issues, I'd probably put it around $10-15k. But with the hurt motor, axle needing a regear, that obviously hurts it. Not to mention the state of our country/economy has everybody just holding what they've got at the moment.
If it were mine, I'd probably price it around $8k and hope for anything north of 5k.
I think this is a very fair and accurate assessment.
I also agree that if it were running you could get $10k even with mismatched gears.
