8.1 is sounding better and better. Mostly bolt in. A few clearance issues but not much. The fact that you can use the same motor mount location is pretty sweet

454 with a Holly EFI setup, but I also like @1987 GMC Jimmy’s idea, 383s are ‘rad’, 400s are cool too, I had one...hardly drove the truck and it cracked, ***MOST LIKELY THE MAIN OPERATORS FAULT***(aka my dad).

Guys why do the call them Granny 4 speeds and stuff?

Cause 1st gear is slower than a granny with a walker haha

Cause when your in first your slower than a granny lol

Non-synchronized first gear that is 6.55:1 so basically it’s a 3 Speed that has a crawl gear
