Tailgate Hinges

Mine seem very loose. Was wondering if anyone knows of fleetside hinges that are urethane like on the stepsides (below), or know if they can be used instead of metal ones.

I don't think there is anything available, other than the stock parts.

The stepside trunions bolt to the bedsides and the bolt is exposed because it's basically just a flange that it bolts to. If you were to mount it to a fleetside bed, there wouldn't be any way to install the bolt.
