So I got complete new assemblies as mine were broken, bad, cracked, aged. I go to put them on and literally every screw is mismatched. Some square heads, some hex. etc. Does anyone know where to get a set of 18(thats how many there should be in total) screws for the tail light? There should be 8 that screw into the bed, then 8 that screw into the backing thing.

Iirc, it's phillips screws that hold the housing to the bedside and torx screws that hold the lense to the housing. Earlier years may have been phillips for the lense too. As long as the lense screws are stainless, that's the important thing.

Of you could just go to a local hardware store. IIRC, they are #8x1" .

Well regardless, does anyone know? Are all 16 8x1? Does anyone know for sure? As long as I know the size I need I could go just hardware store. And unfortunately no pull part salvage yards near me. Id prefer new hardware regardless.

#8x1" sounds about right. 1.25" should work too.

Classic generally supplies good stuff. The housing screws (Phillips) are OEM but the lens screws (Torx) are repro.
