Start with 6, go up to 12, and then 24.

but all three *should* Work though, right ? meaning i cant know what it shoudld have? based on the aluminum wiring and cloth sheathing, id say definitely pre 1960s

It's hard to know. If they have a built in relay or coil it may need a specific voltage to closed the contacts. That's why I said start low. Use big wires like 10 AWG. When it makes noise don't go up to a higher voltage.

Or they may need a little air compressor to blow air thru the horns. Is there a spot to hook up an air hose? Mine is plastic horn and uses a little air compressor that needs 12v to run it.

Stick the wires on the battery.

They can be, but they can be installed last as well. The spring and pin have that retaining collar with a little nub on it. The little nub has to be rotated into place on the end of the cancel cam, and that's the part that commonly breaks off of the cancel cam.

Do these look like the right things?

Is your cam actually broken? I'd hate for you to order stuff based off of what it looked like to me in a picture not focused on that part.

I do not know. It is barely overflush with the reluctor wheel. The videos I'm seeing it should be standing proud by quite a bit. I only go to work on the truck every other weekend or so. I would rather spend the 20 bucks to have the parts in hand and swap it out then to have to wait another 2 weeks to try to fix it.

That's what I'm talkin bout. Time is money and sometimes new /different parts (like some intake manifolds for example) are WAY cheaper...it don't take long to get upside down.

A guy could probably FIND a FREE Preformer intake if he looked...they're (not) hardly worth even fixin. Not like it's some great and prized car part..

Part number of what? I am able to do it soon, I'm gonna load my sprayer with soapy water and head down with a aerosol of wasp spray, one for back up if I disturb something dangerous like a nest and the other I can use inside oe till safety. And have my antihistamine at the ready

I didn't know if the clutch switch may be stamped with a part number. If not, are you able to look up one based on your year/make/model? I am coming up empty with all my cross-referencing.
