Steering gear bolts

Anyone know where I can find replacement bolts for the steering gear on my ‘85? I got a new steering gear to put in. One of the old bolts is sheered off and I’d like to replace them all.

I just put grade 8 bolts in mine.

What is a steering gear? Would that be one of the gears that go inside the steering box?

"steering gear" is just an abbreviated name for steering gear box. Very common on part lists break downs and part listings.

Fyi, 3 of the 4 bolt holes are open to the outboard side, I bought longer bolts and put stover (pinch type) lock nuts on the exposed thread to prevent them from loosening up later on. Just be careful that the extra long bolts aren't so long that the bolt doesn't bottom out on the smooth shoulder before getting tight on the gear box.

Inspect the frame well for cracks and install a brace(ORD/ Autofab) as long as you are already in there.
