Yes I'm on a phone prolly tell by how i spell huh internet got shut off so phone it is I took the radiator out and stared undoing all the belts I didn't do that test hand spinning the motor i just started to go for it I still can though and I think that's what I will do so I just take the distributor cap off is that what ur saying

Spelling issues we can deal with and understand, especially on phones, but punctuation is huge. Most of us read fast, and when sentences run together without a begining and end, we don't comprehend. We can live without the commas and apostraphies etc, but at least a period. Makes a huge difference if can do periods using the phone.

Ok, this advanced timing is fighting something else.
unplug the vac line on the EGR valve, then take the small vac line off the back of the carb, and see if you can suck through the soenoid. you should not be able too. if you can, that may be the problem.(this means its sucking the egr valve open un commanded by the computer)
11 degrees is too far advanced.

So I got it to spin holding with with hands ccw until the rotor turned the other way so then I went cw it maybe moves a 1/4 of an inch maybe from my mark undneath on the oil pan

Obviously my chain is okay its gotta something else

Yeah, if you're accurate on that test, that is very acceptable. 1/4 inch isn't nothing. you almost can't expect new to be better than that going back and forth. And the only way to check to see if you've jumped a tooth is to pull the valve cover, but if it's that tight, then it couldn't have jumped a tooth.

So that says cam/valve timing should be accurate. Now as Jim suggests, how about ignition timing? If you're dizzy isn't tightened down good and you gave it good rompin on, it can turn the dizzy and throw your timing right out the window.

There's no such thing as a romp its zero to fifty in five minutes and tiny hills I'll drop all the way down thirty five fourty on the freeway. I mean 3 % grade I can't hold speed at all. Its not downshift and speed up its downshift and hope it doesn't loose to Much speed

That's all good no leaks its plugged in. There's another plug dangling not hooked up but The sensor is. Doesn't seem like theres anywhere to hookup to it has a green connector on it

Ahh yes, I believe that is either AC test, or lockup converter test.
The lack of power sounds like plugged exhaust. Hows about the valve down on the pass side exhaust manifold...does that eventually open up after the truck has warmed up?
