thats pretty much what i have now, minus the 14b rear (and a 350 of course) since i swapped in a 241 last year.
i am bringing my stethoscope with tomorrow to have a good listen to the ac compressor to see if it is growling. if that is the only thing making noise, i think i am going to buy it for 2800.
