I figure this bad boy with some double humps and a 3/4 race cam ought to make about 490-507 horsepressures.

What size throttle bore do they have. That would be a 2 barrel. May need more air to support 500 ponies. ???

Idk, but this thing would struggle to support 200hp. LoL

Let me get a pic of the intake ports.

You're probably right. It didn't earn the moniker "misfire injection" for nothing.

They were what like 195 horse pressures, they had to do something to entice 70s disco dazed weirdos to open their wallets

I would be shocked if they made that many hp. It was the early eighties. I want to say that hemorraging abortion made it into the Camaro too, but I could be mistaken.

Not sure if I ever saw that mess on a Camaro but who knows. GM did dumb stuff. Kinda like offering different model in different areas I once saw a Corsica bodied Pontiac Tempest..... it was a sad day.

135-165 hp, and yes this came off an 82 Indy Pace Car Camaro. I parted it out 20+ years ago. The title was held by a buy here/pay here that went bankrupt and at the time there was no legal way to clear the title.

Oh hell, once you went north of the border, it looked like they mixed up all the trim parts for the Canadian market cars, lol

I was thinking that the Camaro version wouldn't be as dressed up as that one, thought they were a bit more plain looking. Figured the one you posted was teh Vette version.
