Anyone bought one of the repop chrome front bumpers from LMC or the like? Was wondering what the quality was like.
I have a couple really nice front bumpers - no dings or dents but the chrome is very tired and hazed. Also have the bumper guards to go with it. To get them re-chromed is absurd. New is cheaper than re-plating. My only fear is every aftermarket bumper I've seen was thin as cat hair. I could almost peddle my bumper and guards and get a new one if its any good. If the new ones are junk, I'm going to just figure a way to eventually get one of these replated....maybe sell a kidney on Craigslist or something.
My rear bumper is originally painted so going to keep that for now.....but even that aftermarket quality is another question.
Thanks.
