Factory off my 87

On the axle tab, it was just a longer bolt to accept 2 shock eyes

Same stock setup mine has, and have had. I am getting more shock tabs from ORD to make that secondary one my primary one. Better flex with that one, and should be a better ride also.

Looks just like my k5. 2 connections at the top and shares the bottom one.
One thing I discovered is that the lower frame mount has a really wide spacer. ~3/4 to 1"
Then there is a ~1/4 spacer between the shocks at the bottom mount. I'm having trouble finding these.
Has anyone bought these new or know where to find them other than the junkyard?

The ORD ones are only $2.50 each. I dont have the tools to make them, and I tried a local place to have them made. They wanted $10 for each one.

Big surprise (them wanting 10$)

Ord probably has had a die made to stamp them out, that's why they're making them for 2.50

They help guys like me.

We dont have any true 4x4 shops left here. The skinny Jean's wearing boys propped up the bolt on shops, and the rest is gone.

I will tell you, some of the guys that have helped me the most are dirt track guys. They are too busy, or just dont wanna bend tube for a Suburban. Lol

They are use to taking the roof off, installing the cage, and putting it back on. Lol

It has only been this year since I started the push for a full cage. Almost rolled in Disney Oklahoma.

lol. no offense! in reference to "skinny pants wearing boys". i wonder if they are really boys. last time i was in eureka springs, (2002) , i was wondering if they were really boys. the town was taken over by those with weak wrists and skinny legs. then infiltrated the city gov't. that is what destroyed the Christian aspect and is what killed the reason for me and so many others to be tourists there. my comment about that was per your reference to skinny legged boys propping up the bolt on shops.
