I just disassembled a set that were seized on, took me roughly 2 hours and I was done both arms. I used a cheap air hammer and a bit of swearing. It really wasn't that bad.
I pressed them back in with a 'press' I made with a bottle jack and some scrap tubing. I have a couple pictures if you're interested in going the DIY route.
