This is work! Lol I suppose I could crawl under the C20 we have out back to measure and compare to one of our several C10 LCAs. But it's hot...

replaced control arms and springs but now my truck sets high and the tire's are turned in.

No. The springs will eventually settle. Idk how much height you will loose.
the bottom of the tire is turned in
And yes. You will need to take some shims out of the upper. Take the truck to a alignment shop. They will get it allighed for steering and with that.
