oh yeah that's rough :( I don't know why they don't make a cloth cover for those. Then you have to go to an upholstery shop make you covers for headrest monitors but again we're talking money and I'm sure that wouldn't be real cheap.

Ya it almost would be easier to just install some screens in the factory headrests.

Anyways sorry for the thread jack. Jealous of the deal you got on this truck. Well it was a deal in my area anyway. low mileage Z71 are hard to come by. I gave 5k for mine with 227k miles 2.5 years ago. It's clean an well maintained though, much better than some others I looked at. I shouldn't complain, except for a good tune up (PO had done one just before I bought it but with crappy parts), new battery cables an the big 3 upgrade (done because it was hard to start) it's given me 40k trouble free miles. Hopefully yours will be good for you as well....

Yeah so far she seems like a good buy. I had to replace the upper ball joints and pitman and idler arms last week which tightened up the steering pretty well. Only time will tell. This truck was originally priced near the $5k mark and I blew him off essentially to think about it as there were a lot of GMT's in that price range to choose from. He must have really needed the money because he contacted me the next day with the price I bought it for. Needless to say, I got over there as soon as possible

Here's an incomplete list of what I have dreamed up in my head for the audio/video in the truck...

1. Head Unit...Pioneer AVH-X7500BT (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130X7500BT/Pioneer-AVH-X7500BT.html?tp=5684)
2. 6.5" components in the doors.
3. JL Audio 10" sub for the back.

Heck yea, that'll be a nice setup. I can't remember if you put a Pioneer in the burb or not, but you'll love it. I put a double din Pioneer in my Ram and the screen looks just like that. It's awesome. :rockit:

Yeah, I have a Pioneer double din in the Burb and like it a LOT!! That's what I like about the one I linked is it's Pioneer and the screen looks really similar but it's not the double din so it just slides in with the kit and is easy peazy :) If I do end up going double din I'll stay with Pioneer. I have just grown to really like their products and you can usually get them at pretty reasonable prices compared to other brands.
