Making this as a place to put some of the side projects that I do here and there for others.

Priming friends 1990 CRX doors and fenders, I am doing the metalwork, body, and paint on this car for my friend although he is doing his share of work by stripping the panels so that I can prime them. The car is being resprayed back to its original color so only the outside of the car is being repainted, the interior, engine bay are all staying factory paint as its not in too bad of shape.

Blasted and painted the K-member for my boss'/good friend's 1969 Roadrunner project.

A glimpse at the 50 year old welds that Chrysler was producing back then.

Have to say I have not seen welds quite this rough on squarebodys... Still like mopar's though

Dayum! Are we sure those are factory welds?

That was about the time automakers started using MIG (early-mid 60's). Otherwise it was SMAW or GMAW. Just like general labor today I'm sure they got people off the street, handed them a torch and said "here, weld these, if it holds you got the job. It doesn't matter what it looks like".
