That white switch is the park/neutral switch used on the auto trucks. Should be able to use the same wires from your clutch safety switch, or just leave the safety switch bypassed.

This is the new column, any one know what the white connector at the fire wall end connects to.... stock column did not have.

I do believe that is the P N safety switch and back up lights. Was your stock one from a Manual trans truck?
