New to the forum and to square bodies wiper question

I ordered intermittent wipers and had the same problem from new, eventually went away. Sorry, no help

Could be a bad switch but I would lean towards a bad ground. Considering how the small plastic spring mounts on the brushes break, you could have two of them touching each other also.
