New member from North Carolina

Hello forum,
Mopar guy at heart but have had a few Chevys along the way( 75 Vega,72 Nova,96 Corvette,and 96 Impala SS ).
Since buying my 82 C10 shortbed last year I figure I might need a good resource for the old gal. Bought a rusty,well used C10 shortbed with a 305 that had been sitting in the lot behind my workplace for at least 10 years. They finally caved and sold it.
Got it running,did all the brakes,and some tires and she ran pretty well considering. Not being able to leave anything alone the search for a big block started.
Long story short it now has a 454 and is getting a limited slip and 3.42 gears in the 10 bolt as we speak.
