When I got my '79 crew cab years ago, I bought new GM clearance lights and installed them. I kinda sorta remember the roof being stamped like that. Or maybe that was the roof on my old '90 Burb...

The muscle truck is a 4" Dynomax race bullet.
Id love that, though hearing protection would be mandatory.

Placement, crossovers or lack of are factors. A "true dual" system with the mufflers far from the headers will be worst.

It's always a good idea, for drone and power, but it adds cost and clutter under the truck, so 6 of one and 1/2 dozen of the other.

You can do that, or a dual in dual out muffler are what I would do.

I call ******** on the whole mess and they prove it for gain and loss it’s all about the same only real difference is sound no one method is any better then the other as far as hp and torque.
