A small update.... Numerous calls and emails between myself, county administrators, and state govt officials determined that they are able to be sold, but are unsure about the process and how it should be done. :/ If anyone has any experience in this process, feel free to share.

well my guess is who ever owns them has to file for a lost title like anyone else. on a side note if you do part them out i would be more than interested in the front bumper/brush guard.
