@nvrenuf,
Wow! I really like your V3500, a lot! I don't know anything about these kinds of trucks but I know I like one when I see it. I think about them in the way, how much stuff could you pack them with if you had to bug out?! Everything including the kitchen sink. And @bucket, I really like your 3x3, the burgendy one in the pic.

@77 K20,

If you ever see this, what "mountain collapsing" are you talking about? In Montana? Somewhere near Crowsnest Pass? If you've got some info you can post I'd appreciate it. I follow stuff like that.

I was talking about Crowsnest pass in Canada. There is an area there called Frank Slide.

The slide buried a lot of the valley- so they just built the highway right thru it again.

I've driven thru there a lot as a kid when my parents were taking vacations. There were also similar incidents in montana near yellowstone and in utah. I'll have to look up the names of those.
They stuck with me as a kid- never thought a mountain could wipe you out like that.

Utah landslide- I was living in Utah at the time.

My turn, now that I have newer tires on..
88 3/4 Burb 6" total lift (springs up front and 4" block with 2" springs in the back)
37x12.50x17 Maxxis Razrs on OEM Hummer H2 wheels. The lift is old and saggy, gonna start replacing parts through ORD real soon. No rubbing though thanks to the wheels.

That dually is one of the best looking trucks I’ve seen. Great job! Any rubbing?

Thanks! It's interesting to see old pictures of it. Even though I saw it coming, it still amazes me how much the paint has died over the years.

Anyway, there was never any rubbing with that setup. I recently swapped the fronts for a pair of wider humvee wheels and 36x12.5's, they definitely rubbed. I had to do a minor trim on the lower corners of the wheel opening.

My work in progress. Dropped it down to 4" suspension, 2" body, factory 3/4 ton camper special axles, 35" Interco Thornbirds. Front end is not finished yet, but it's starting to look like a truck again. May have to raise the front a little more, don't really like the nose dive look. Do that after I get the hood, bumper, winch and grill on
