A 2 cut has the same height tooth from inside to out side and the 5 cut is shorter on the inside and taller at the outside. The contact pattern will be different depending on which ones you have.

What oil do i use after a rebuild? Conventional 80w-90 or 75w-90 then after 500ish miles change to synthetic?
