Yep just hook it and pull. If you can't watch them,then let them know you aren't concerned with measurements being green,you are fight in a problem and need to know what the real measured caster is,good or bad that way you know if you need to add wedge and how much. Do not put them in a cover their ass situation,put them in the mood to help you find your problem,for which you need an honest
real printout.

Don't even get me started with "It's in the green". I don't know how many times I have had to get involved with a case where the alignment is the issue but it is in the green. When I ask what are the angles, I get a blank stare and the tech repeats, "it is in the green". Most guys in the car business are truly lousy at their jobs.

That's a pretty broad blanket statement and I call Bullsh!t. Sure there are some people in the business that are a little in the untrustworthy side of things, but to say most of us are, p!sses me off. You need to back off!!!!
