I honestly nail catfish to a plank through their head and use pliers to pull their skin. Now I have a legit tool for the job.

It's a throttle lever. I'd 99.999999% guarantee it's from a Cummins PT fuel pump.

They we're mechanical linkage. Although a cable may have been added for a PTO throttle.

Well damn. All this time I thought it was some kind of fancy tool, lol. Now the sping-loaded pivot makes sense.
