So I was doing some research today and went down a rabbit hole on what used to be considered the hot set ups for exhaust. Mind you this is old tech, but people used to go looking for corvette exhaust manifolds to soup up there engines. Anyway, on a lark I searched "best flowing big block chevy exhaust manifold" in the old duck duck go. Thinking I'd stumble on a forum about old castings/discussion. The 1st two pages where the oddest reading write ups I'd ever read. It's like they were written in Mark Zuckerberg's own alien/lizard way of understanding English. Aside from the weirdness and inaccuracies, I was left amused at first. Then it set in that someone new to the culture could take this as reality. These kind of sites need to be shut down. If you're bored and need a giggle check out this top result for the above search. See if your jaw doesn't drop like mine did.

Could be AI bots. They are really heavy on soc media sites. There are a few on here too (no joke) - mostly looking for buzz words.

It's a search engine generated website that's already formatted and just pastes your keywords in with ads that closely match your keywords

When I transplanted the TDBB in place of the original 6.2 in my 1986 M1008 I thought about it for a bit.
I often replaced the original cast iron headers for aftermarket headers, usually Hedman back in the old days, for street vehicles.
When I was going for performance Jardine's were a favorite.
I wish I had saved all those originals I gave/tossed away.
As much as I liked the stock pipes on this engine from a Blue Bird bus, it was not going to be an easy fit in this 4x4.
I looked around and found a nearly new set that were removed from a new motorhome that had been modified for a custom exhaust.
I used these with a custom stainless dual pipe setup.
It worked great on this work truck as it wasn't designed for racing.

Theres a guy here with a 427TD, I think he wanted $500 for. Has brand new Weber carb and he said it runs great. Tried to think of a reason to buy it, haven't found one yet...

It's in the back of my Deuce.
Sweet! I have a deuce that I bought on auction from my local volunteer FD. We had plumbed in 2 600 gal fuel tanks and a pp n reel for fighting brush fires. I use it to haul water around to my cattle troughs now. Love that beast! Is that a conex carrier with bed up in the air beside the shop? I'm starting to relive my military days. Lol

Oh sweet, a bobbed deuce. You do that, or you buy it like that?
Looks like they used a M101A2 trailer instead of shortening the factory bed. That looks good.

I have done two "bobb'd" trucks.
The one pictured is my first.
That one has a M105A2 bed. My"Jeep" pickup version.
Loosely built following the specifications of a XM381 prototype circa 1955.
My other truck I shortened the bed to 9' by cutting out of the middle.
Both are 136" WB.
My favorite MV is my M342A2 tipper.
