The sway bar only tries to limit travel, in relation to suspension travel on opposite sides. Same with a FWD car. If both sides of the suspension are at equal points in travel, the sway bar won't (shouldn't) have any stored energy, except for whatever binding there is in the bushings, where the bar mounts to the frame/unibody.
the sway bar end links are tightened in such a way that there is a good amouint of energy planting downward at all times. Im pretty sure its for safety and all that Becuase if not the car would react in a corner to being lifted off one side vs in the way its setup its not reacting its more "acting"

Just took the truck on a ~10 mile journey. It drives fine there’s a shake at above 45 if I let off the throttle. And something smells bad I can’t figure out what the smell is though. I can’t pinpoint an area where it’s coming from.

do you have a cat?
and did you clean any of your brake components off if you put new ones on(rotors, drums) with brake clean

I didn’t change any brake components, I rebuilt one drum brake because it froze and broke adjuster pin. But I sprayed it with brake clean. On the cat not sure, it’s not stock exhaust but I never checked whether it’s straight or has a cat.

I can’t figure out why it shook while coasting but if I got back on the throttle it stopped? Like going down a hill and let off the steering wheel would shake until I got back on the throttle.

Negative. There is zero tension or compression in the end links in a static condition, vehicle sitting on a relatively flat surface.

I believe the item pictured is the cat, not an exhaust person, but either way this was a new smell, I’m not sure what was going on the truck ran fine for the most part, it wasn’t as throw you back in your seat as it usually is but that may just me using placebo effect. It also almost stalled taking off a couple times but never completely stalled. I’m not sure what was happening I just had to follow dad since he didn’t have trailer lights. I was going 55 and let go of steering wheel, it stayed fairly straight with a slight pull to right but that could’ve been uneven pavement or anything. The wheel is fairly close to being straight while going straight, although you have to turn it a little bit before you notice the wheels turning.

With all of the work you have done and all the components you have replaced you may want to consider a front end alignment. Yes, I do know there is not much more than a toe adjustment but if that is far enough out it will affect you. If it is really out you can absolutely have some shaking.

I know the alignment isn’t 100% at all, I’m honestly more concerned about the smell when I got home than the shaking. The shaking was minor and I figure it was wheels pulling against each other. I just can’t wrap my mind around why it only did it when I was coasting and not while I was on throttle. I got up to 65mph with no shaking, let out of throttle and it started to shake.

It drove fine and didn’t shake before you tore it apart?
Couple possibilities of shudder while coasting, front wheel bearings worn or loose, driveshaft U joints bad, front axle u joints, are your hubs locked in inadvertently?

And is it still toe’d out at all? Any toe out could make or exaggerate symptoms.

Truck could probably use wheel bearings soon, I noticed when I had the wheels off doing suspension there was a slight bit of movement across the wheel. But that doesn’t explain the sudden shaking it seems like it would’ve started previous and gotten worse. The hubs should both be unlocked I’ve only even unlocked them lol they were locked when I got truck and I heard locked hubs cut down fuel economy so I unlocked them.

Could be a loose wheel too.
