Looks like they took a bench bottom from a dustbuster Pontiac Trans Sport or Lumina APV and fabbed a way to mount to top half of Trans Sport front buckets without the headrests.

Yep, and the upholdtery is orignal to the GMT400 too, not the square. I thought maybe they used the GMT400 seat but with OE Square fabric, which would be pretty cool as a retrofit. But NO. Some people don't have the brains god gave the head of a donkeys dick !!! Deeta Fuggin Dee !!!

Yep. And it has Silverado badges with what I'm going to assume is Custom Deluxe interior. But it's ALL original. And it has 24,000 miles and then it doesn't have 24,000 miles...
