Reminds me of a famous quote:

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." -- Abraham Lincoln

The toon will get used year-round. I'm doing something that's more to keep the sun off it than anything. I can't stand having any of my stuff sit out, everyone's dash pads are testament to what a little sunshine can do. I have a boathouse that was built for a SeaRay I had but the toon is way too big for it. Besides, the Suburban moved in there years ago and it ain't giving it up without a fight.

Man, you're not kidding. I firmly believe the sun alone probably tears up and destroys more toys than rain does. Not having enough room in my garage, My ATV's sat in the backyard in their own little parking places, side by side up against the back of the house. The plastics are ruined, the graphics are ruined, the seats are so brittle you sit on them and the fabric just breaks and falls off the foam in splinters. The bikes flat look like trash, although they run like brand new.

That one is in good shape too.

I need to find that mod for the Camaro Speedo and Tach. Not sure why, can't do it for some time, and no need for quite some time, but I need to know what to be keeping my eye open for.

perusing eBay today (haven't done it in a LONG time) I noticed something. Squares in decent to great shape go for a MINT on there!!

For example take this truck...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1990...Cars_Trucks&hash=item1c2bfad29c#ht_500wt_1182

A good looking 4 door square in very good shape and is obviously a nice truck but $30,000???? give me a break!! I about fell out of my chair on that one. If I was legitimately looking and saw that I'd be willing to close to 10k for that considering the shape it's in and assuming everything is in proper working order but only a nut job would pay 30k IMO ..... WOW! :whymewhyme:
