Yeah well, I think it's a good plan though. If I have any hope, I have to sacrifice now. Sell the house and take the equity and make the right choices in spending it and live off of it long enough to get on disability. Hopefully, I get the surgeries I need done, recover and do therapy and can get back into the job field. I hear there are some damn good tax breaks for companies putting disabled people back to work, so I might be worthy to a company some day as a tax break as an incentive to hire me. In selling the house, I hope to at least keep my tools, guns, ATV and trucks to be sold so I can buy what I want in almost done condition, and then slowly build one of the trucks the way I want it. Building a truck from ground up is on the bucket list and always has been, and I'm not giving up on that.
In short, the idea is, sell the house on my terms and get something out of it, rather than let it slip into foreclosure and not get **** then be livving in the gutter with nothing. Hopefully it'll work, I just hope I can make it til after Christmas, and preferably February since I don't function well in cold weather with all the ailments.
