Say wah? A 1991 Camaro with a build date of 04/90...I guess 1991 Camaro production started early...

It is possible. Unlikely, but possible. Remember when the NBS 97 Ford Started? I"m thinking you buy a 97 NBS F150 in about February or March of 97. Don't recall for sure, but it was way damn early. That was how Ford did their NBS transition, where as Chevy did the GMT400 Classic and the GMT800 for the first year. You could get either one. Member that in 99?

Yep, production started Jan 1st 1990. It was due to the "IROC-Z" name, GM's rights to it ended in 1990 and they didn't want to pay to renew it. The '90 models were only produced in the last few months of 1989, which is why there are so few '90 models but there are a bazillion '91 models.

Or at least that's the story I've heard countless times. A bit odd, my '91 S10 was also built very early in '90, Jan or Feb IIRC.

I'd like to have a snap Tonneau cover

you're right that is nice. I wonder how that blue cover would look on my blue truck?

Even if the blues don't match exactly?

I think so. It's impossible to match a metallic color, so it's hand grenades and horse shoes.

If the cover were light blue or bright blue, then it wouldn't look right at all.
