I recently got some 33" tires for my stock truck
and they looked AWESOME installed... but GM made the front wheel wells too small... so i sold them
they were riiiiiight there against the back of the fender. couldn't even turn.
most people say that 33s will fit a stock truck, but, mine is a 6cly with springs that actually bow UP... so it sits lower (and rides smoother) than a STOCK V8 would.
wondering how i can make these fit easily and cheaply...
maybe extended shackles?
the problem is that because the shackle is in the rear, the tire will move UP & BACK no matter what... i dont want the tires to chunk into my nice fenders.
thoughts?
thanks!
