Chop the top? Or don’t, that is the question...

JMO, I don't care for chopped, lowered, heavily altered trucks. But it's yours so do what you want and love and care for it!!
Fair, I’ve spent the time and made my own c notch four link and upper front A arm bracket... but I respect that opinion.

Chop it, tilt it, and slam it, a package deal imho. Oh and build a killer power plant to smoke the ass end on demand.

its different, its a lot of work though... and I’ve not seen it done with a write up as of yet. I’ve made all my own suspension thus far.

I believe you do have the skills. To do it right you would need another donor upper cab half and at at least one extra door top. Then you do have the issue of the glass. Figure it all out before you start. ....Do it!

And make a write up of it in the forum. Have you done one?

I've seen 2 chopped C10's.
The proportions were off with the roof cut to body. I guess they chopped a lot off to justify the amount of work involved.
If you do it, you might as well put a cage in it as you will have the roof off.
You'll run into a lot of different opinions on it. There really isn't a right answer. Just do what you feel.
Be sure it's safe.
