Odd that you mention that, because both of my squares have had nearly dead passenger side power window motors. I almost think dis-use does more harm than constant use.

Same on my 84. That damn passenger side window is so damn slow, I just wish it had a crank. Maybe some lube will speed them up.

HR, when I put new switches in for my windows it realy sped them up. I'm thinking the old switches were restricting amps to the motors.

Now that is rare...One power window, one manual...

My Pete is like that. Kinda makes sense really. How often are you going to be rolling down the passenger window? Not often, so not like you're going to wear out a power window motor on the passenger side, but the driver side you can reach, and use often, don't have to worry about wearing out the motor. The C6500 is Power both sides.
Most of the big trucks I've driven has had manual driver side with an air assist passenger window. My current truck ('06) has electric on both sides, they quite putting air windows in '05.

I've had 3 with power windows and all of them have needed a driver side window motor. The '84 ended up needing a passenger motor too, but the driver's quit long before. The passenger window is slow on the '88.

**** I'll take the whole thing, that looks pretty rust free. Got the barn doors. I'd slap that whole body on my frame.

I still got your shorty visor buddy. :)

That first ad with the 85 6.2 GMC K1500 must be a twin to my 85 Chevy K10.

One of you CA guys need to buy that no rust truck and be smog exempt. I've wanted to so bad to go ahead and sell mine, but being it's that 6.2 VINed truck, in case I end up back in Cali, that truck for sure without doubt is going with me.

Is your truck silver or really light blue? I can't tell.

Silver over Dark Blue, with Blue over Silver on the interior.
