I think it would take some fabrication. The lower end isn't mounted the same and the upper column bracket isn't even close to lining up.

The wiring is all the same otherwise...

OK, then NO. I'm not getting into it that deep and fuggin up my square with little truck assemblies. BUT, I wonder if I could convert my Auto column to a manual column with this S10 column. I woudln't mind having the spoke wheel anyway, and isn't that one smaller than the square? Or same size? But if I used that part to delete the shift lever so I don't have a hole in the side of the column, think that part would be interchangeable? I actually want 2 manual columns. 1 for the manual truck conversion, and 1 for the truck I'm keeping auto but going to a Ratchet race shifter.

He's got a redneck git'r done stop a freight train bumper too. To bad he's a ******* and can't even give a description of the truck. Big Block, Small Block, Auto or manual? Does it run and drive? Current tag? You know the guy I stole my 85 K1500 from for $500, had that truck listed for 3 weeks with no buyers and a $600 price. The ad was stupid, 2 far off stupid pics, and said something like 85 Truck $600 doesn't run. That was it. Didn't say it was 4x4, didn't say it had a new motor in it, didn't say the tag was current, nothing like that. And when I did ask a question, I got a 2 or 3 word answer. He wasn't trying to sell it. I finally just sent him an explicit email and asked every damn thing I wanted to know and when he answered, I about **** and responded and simply said, I want the truck. When can I come get it? And he told me, and I went and picked it up and got another $100 off cuz he thought the Tcase was broke too, since the choke was stuck and had the high idle up to lke 2000 rpm and it woudln't shift but just grind cus the RPM's were to high.

Just a tip for everyone, if want something to sell include highlighted details and you'll have people fighting over it to buy it if it's priced right. Also, take advantage of ********* who can't write an ad and steal what you buy. And don't feel guilty for their stupidity since if it wasn't you who got the deal, it woudl have been the next guy.

J = 6.2 Diesel.
True, but over half of the J trucks have been converted to Gas. Was this one? :shrug:

I'd buy that bitch if I had the cash. I'd drive to Austin to tow it back too. I"d prefer gray, but I'd settle for the red since it's in good shape and the truck is solid red. And I now know, that red could be buffed and made to look good again for the most part. Then I'd find a 4x4 K/V10 or K/V20 frame and transfer the body. That thing is in great cosmetic shape. I can do anything mechanical, but I suck at cosmetics IMO. And it's got TBI, Mini Quads. Only Gray Interior and 4x4 could make it better, and V20 would make it ultimate. I'd even pay $1200 if it wasn't running and a K20 and Gray interior.
